Every day your brain thinks thousands of thoughts.
Many of these sound like stating the facts of your life.
Part of losing weight for the last time is learning to notice and question many of these thoughts.

A simple sentence in your brain can slow your progress.
But you won’t see it unless you learn to look for it.
This week, notice how often limiting beliefs come up.
Become an expert at catching them.
Because they are sneaky.
They won’t come out waving a flag saying “I am a limiting belief”
The ones that will make the most impact in your weight loss journey are going to be wearing camouflage and holding a sign that says “Don’t even worry about looking at me – I am a fact”.
Those are the ones you want to look for. Find the hidden ones.
Question everything that seems like facts about you and your weight loss journey.
Everything.
