And it is incredibly tempting to flip over to something completely different, hoping that it will be the answer.
But both of these responses will slow you down in the long run.
When the scale isn’t moving despite your best efforts, usually only one or two things need to shift. Everything doesn’t need to change.
Small changes can make a big difference.
And one of those small changes can just be to stay patient and keep doing what you’ve been doing.
