Weight bias is everywhere. And it is impacting your weight journey.
Yes there is the weight bias from society & media that tells us that smaller bodies are better (and a lot more)
But more sneaky is the weight bias that we were given in our medical training – it is imbedded in the medical system and the statistics in this area are astonishing.

And what that means for you is that there is a very good chance you have internalized weight bias and may be using it against yourself in your own journey.
There are layers and layers to weight bias. It’s one of those topics that can be uncomfortable to talk about but is so important to discuss openly.
