Interview with Dr. Ni Cheng Liang
Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang is a mother of 2, cancer survivor, American Lung Association San Diego Lung Health Provider of the year pulmonologist 2019, Top Doctor 2017 and 2019 San Diego, and mindfulness teacher. She is the Director of Pulmonary Integrative Medicine at Coastal Pulmonary Associates affiliated with the Scripps Health Network in Encinitas, CA, and maintains a voluntary faculty appointment at UC San Diego, for their free clinic.
She is a national speaker, leading keynotes, workshops, retreats on mindfulness, physician well-being, integrative and pulmonary medicine to patients and all members of the healthcare team. She has led mindful eating sessions, online and in person for Olivewood Gardens, a non-profit organization that seeks to empower others through nutritional and environmental education.
She recently founded the Mindful Healthcare Collective, a group of women physician wellness experts who are leading free live Zoom sessions during the pandemic to support healthcare professionals at mindfulhealthcarecollective.com, and as a result of their work in the collective, recently founded the Mindful Healing Collective for the general public at mindfulhealingcollective.com.
