Today’s episode is an exciting one! I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Dr. Miriam Berchuk. Dr. Berchuk is an anesthetist who follows a lower carb lifestyle and is currently working towards her American Board of Obesity Medicine (ABOM) certification.
In this interview we share our best practical low carb tips for physicians starting out in this way of life. We have both been eating this way for the last couple of years and have helped others transition to a lower carbohydrate approach.
Wondering what exactly you can eat? How to deal with cravings? Can you eat out while eating this way? Have you heard about the “Keto Flu” and don’t know what to make of it? Listen in and all will be answered.
Did we miss a burning question? Post it below or email to info@weightsolutionsforphysicians.ca and I will address it in a future episode.

Great podcast! Not a physician, but am a healthcare worker who’s on call and doing shift work. Good to hear how to be proactive and mindful in our job situation! Thank you!
