Did you know you are living your life in a straight jacket?

Society has told you that you need to avoid mistakes to be successful.

And especially when it comes to weight loss! …Make one mistake and you are doomed to failure forever. 😉

And so we all walk around in these straight jackets of perfectionism… afraid to break out and try something new because it might not work.

But what if this 👆 is the true reason why you aren’t reaching your goals?

What if you simply haven’t tried enough things?

What if there are answers out there that will work so incredibly well for you but you just haven’t tried them?

The road between you and any goal is paved with mistakes. It is in trying new things, fucking up and learning that you figure out how to reach your goals.


And no one else knows exactly how you should reach your goals.

So let’s break out of the perfectionistic straight jacket and give yourself permission to experiment.

Give yourself permission to have fun.

Give yourself permission to be kind to yourself when you fuck up … because NOTHING has gone wrong. You are doing what you are supposed to do.
