Do you find yourself looking forward to vacation but dreading what it might do to your weight loss? 

You deserve a vacation and it shouldn’t create a feeling of overwhelm or dread.

Losing weight while on vacation is a skill in its own right. But it doesn’t have to be hard.

Common mistakes I see people making is to think that the vacation will either…

  1. Be an unavoidable free-for-all on the eating front, followed by weight gain OR
  2. Require so much willpower that it will sap all the fun & enjoyment out of the vacation.

Can you see how neither of those set you up for any success? 

There are better options. You can choose how you want the vacation to go and follow through with ease while enjoying your vacation.

All this takes is a little bit of planning and intention setting.

I’m recording this episode while road tripping through the province and I’m giving you a little bit of a behind the scenes look into how I use planning to make the vacation successful in an easy way. I talk about how I put different tools in place to feel good about the choices I make while on vacation.

If you think you can’t maintain your weight on vacation, or think it’s not possible to lose weight while on vacation, all you’re doing is creating a self fulfilling prophecy. This is a limiting belief.
