Trusting that you can learn to manage your mind in any food environment so that your choices can always feel simple.
The beauty of this is that you always have access to these two tools. No one has to give them to you. You don’t need anyone’s permission. They are completely free with no negative side effects.
Now, it’s okay if they feel a bit rusty when you first pull them out.
It may feel awkward to believe in your weight loss journey.
Trusting yourself around food may feel scary.
The trick is to keep going and practicing Believing and Trusting even when it feels awkward, uncomfortable or scary.
