How your body responds to weight loss will change over time.

Even once you are at your goal, you will have to adapt what you are doing over time to stay there.

Because bodies change.

And that’s normal.

But we have been taught to undermine our bodies.

To blame them when they don’t respond exactly how a world obsessed with diets tells us they should.

When you make your body wrong (for just doing what your particular body does), you create struggle.

The struggle in weight loss doesn’t come from the scale not moving… it comes from making the number on the scale mean something about you and your body.

If you want more ease in your weight loss today and well into the future, meet your body where it is at and create a plan that works for it.
